Mandatory Skills

Banking Domain Knowledge, ServiceNow (SNOW), Release Management

Key Responsibilities

- Create release artifacts following defined templates and standards.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and support teams to create required Change Requests (CRs).
- Gather and analyze requirements with business and IT stakeholders.
- Design and configure ServiceNow solutions.
- Implement and maintain ServiceNow applications.
- Customize Forms, Workflows, UI Policies, Client Scripts and Business Rules.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog, CMDB and Knowledge Base components.
- Manage ServiceNow administration, upgrades, patching and performance optimization.
- Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, process flows and test cases.
- Coordinate with QA teams for testing and validation.
- Support user training,



go-live and post-implementation activities.
- Ensure governance and security standards are followed.

Release Management Responsibilities During deployment windows, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring deployment tasks are executed in the correct sequence.
- Coordinating required resources and following up on pending activities.
- Ensuring all predecessor implementation tasks are completed.
- Supporting smooth and controlled production deployments.
