- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain ITSM solutions on ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement automated workflows using Servicenow's REST API.
- Develop custom scripts in JavaScript to integrate external systems with ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot issues related to service catalog management, incident management, problem management, change management, release management, and knowledge management.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as a ServiceNow Administrator or Developer.
- Robust understanding of ITSM processes (ITIL v3/4) and ability to apply them on ServiceNow platform.
- Proficiency in developing custom modules/plugins using Servicenow Development Framework (SDK).
- Experience working with REST APIs for integrating external systems with ServiceNow platform.
