Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions based on business requirements.
- Work on ITOM capabilities including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Build automation using Flow Designer and Workflows.
- Configure and maintain Discovery schedules, patterns, probes, sensors, and related components.
- Develop and maintain integrations with monitoring and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with IntegrationHub and MID Server for integration and Discovery requirements.
- Troubleshoot Discovery, integration, automation, and production issues.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, operations, architecture, and application teams.
- Support testing, deployments, upgrades, enhancements,



and production activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4 years of overall IT experience with 3.5 years of relevant ServiceNow experience.
- Solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM.
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Policies.
- Experience with Flow Designer and Workflows.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- CSA, CAD, or CIS-ITOM certification preferred.
