Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations.
- Translate business, risk, compliance, and audit requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Lead implementation of IRM capabilities, including:

- Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance Management

- Audit Management
- Related GRC/IRM processes and workflows
- Design application architecture, data models, workflows, integrations, roles, ACLs, and platform configurations.
- Guide development and implementation teams on configuration, customization, scripting, and ServiceNow best practices.
- Assess existing GRC processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and transformation using ServiceNow.
- Work closely with business and senior technology stakeholders to define requirements, solution options, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership across design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Review solution designs, configurations, and customizations for scalability, security, maintainability, and upgrade compatibility.
- Design and support integrations between ServiceNow GRC/IRM and enterprise applications/data sources.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and consultants and act as the technical SME for GRC/IRM workstreams.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 1115 years of overall IT experience.
- Strong enterprise-level ServiceNow experience.




- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with:

- ServiceNow Risk Management
- Policy & Compliance

- Audit Management

- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Proven experience in end-to-end GRC/IRM implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, application design, data models, workflows, and platform configuration.

- Good knowledge of

- UI Policies / UI Actions

- ACLs and Roles

- Flow Designer / Workflows

- Scripting

- Scoped Applications
- Valuable understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of configuration vs. customization and upgrade-safe ServiceNow development practices.
- Experience in solution architecture and technical leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow GRC/IRM-related certifications.
- Experience with enterprise risk, compliance, internal audit, controls, or regulatory programs.
- Experience leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation or GRC implementation programs.
- Knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile environments with distributed teams.
