We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect / SME to serve as the primary technical expert for ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and functional capabilities.

Location: Pan India

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the ServiceNow SME/Architect for technical design, platform configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Design and manage integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Work across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, workflows, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Troubleshoot complex integration, performance, authentication, data consistency, and production issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Product teams across design, development, testing, releases, and production support.
- Perform RCA, functional/integration testing,



documentation, and mentoring while ensuring ServiceNow best practices and governance.

Mandatory Skills :

- 12–15 years of overall ServiceNow experience, preferably in enterprise-scale implementations/support.
- Solid expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
- Strong understanding of CMDB, Service Catalog, workflows, and platform configuration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and IntegrationHub.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong ServiceNow JavaScript/scripting and workflow automation skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow functional testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Understanding of authentication mechanisms including OAuth, SAML, JWT, and Basic Authentication.
