We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Engineer to lead and support field service teams engaged in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of Electronic Security Systems. The role involves managing service operations, customer relationships, technical support, resource planning, and service delivery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Job Location: Mumbai, Gurgaon, Kolkata, BLR or Chennai location The role will oversee service delivery for systems including:
Access Control Systems
Fire Alarm Systems
CCTV Surveillance Systems
Public Address (PA) Systems
Building Management Systems (BMS)
Intrusion Detection Systems
Video Door Phone Systems
Time Attendance Systems
Other Electronic Security and Low-Voltage Systems
Planning & Reporting
Prepare and present service performance reports to management and customers.
Monitor KPIs such as response time, resolution time, preventive maintenance compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Forecast manpower, spare parts, and operational requirements.
