Handle customer complaints, satisfaction and after-sales service.

Provide prompt responses to technical and non-technical customer queries.

Maintain regular coordination with customers through calls, emails and messages.

Conduct customer site visits across India for complaint resolution.

Manage customer-returned products and take necessary corrective actions.

Analyse complaints, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Drive process/product improvements and provide training to relevant teams.

Coordinate customer complaint review meetings with concerned departments.

Prepare and maintain CAPA, 8D reports and complaint records.
