Position: Service Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating service activities, communicating with customers and service technicians, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and schedule service calls, appointments, and technician visits.
- Receive and respond to customer service requests through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Assign service jobs to technicians based on availability, location, and expertise.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, schedules, and job status.
- Follow up with customers regarding service appointments and completion of work.
- Coordinate with technicians, customers, and internal teams to resolve service-related issues.
- Monitor pending and completed service jobs and provide regular status updates.
- Prepare service reports, quotations, invoices,



and other relevant documentation when required.
- Ensure customer concerns and complaints are addressed promptly.
- Support the service team with administrative and operational tasks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a quick-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional approach.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field technicians and internal teams.

Pay: ₹9,287.67 - ₹21,135.05 per month
