Position: Service Coordinator

Languages: English & Malayalam/Hindi/Telugu/Kannada

Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls during emergency situations, providing immediate and considerate support.
- Arrange for nearby technicians or towing vehicles to assist customers.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Work in various shifts to provide 24/7 support.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Malayalam and English; ability to communicate in at least one more language.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Prior experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred but not mandatory. Employment Type: Full-time Compensation:
