Job Summary

Galaxy Auto Works is seeking a customer-focused and presentable Service Advisor / Service Engineer to join its premium automotive service team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with authorized automobile dealerships and possess excellent communication skills in English, strong technical knowledge, and a professional personality.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop team.

- Understand customer service requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Educate customers about maintenance schedules, warranties, and service options.
- Provide technical support related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Conduct test drives before and after repairs.
- Maintain service records, prepare quotations, invoices, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and quality checks.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery.




- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.

Eligibility Criteria

Education (Mandatory):

- 3-year Full-Time Diploma, or
- 3-year B.Voc. in Automobile, or
- 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a recognized institute.
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years as a Service Advisor/Service Engineer in authorized dealerships of Tata, Mahindra, Maruti, or Hyundai.
- Age: 2535 years (Unmarried).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good personality, well-groomed, customer-facing attitude.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques.
- Valuable problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: 25,000 40,000 per month.

- Performance-based monthly salary increments from the first month.
- Location: 18, Genuine House, Shankar Rao Naram Path, Off Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Lower Parel, Mumbai – 400013.
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
- Weekly Off: Sunday.
