Role Description The Server Administrator is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s server and system infrastructure. This role involves installing, configuring, and monitoring servers and operating systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

The Server

Administrator will handle daily troubleshooting, respond to incidents, and provide technical support for server-related issues, including backup, recovery, and patch management. The role also includes documenting configurations, implementing best practices,



and collaborating with other IT team members to support business applications and improve overall system reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Server Administration and System Administration for managing and optimizing server environments.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Operating Systems (such as Linux and Windows Server) for configuration, maintenance, and security management.
