Job Summary

- We are looking for an experienced and proactive SEO Team Lead to oversee client accounts while leading an in-house SEO team.

- The ideal candidate should possess strong technical and strategic SEO knowledge, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- This role is responsible for ensuring successful campaign execution, maintaining high client satisfaction, and driving measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Account Management Act as the primary point of contact for assigned SEO clients.

- Conduct regular client meetings, provide performance updates, and discuss growth strategies.

- Understand client business objectives and translate them into actionable SEO plans.

- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

- Build long-term client relationships and ensure high client retention.

- Proactively identify growth opportunities and recommend additional SEO initiatives.

- SEO Strategy & Execution Develop customized SEO strategies aligned with client goals.

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.

- Oversee on-page, technical, off-page, and local SEO activities.

- Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawlability, and overall SEO performance.

- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and implement necessary optimizations.

- Work closely with content, development, and design teams to execute SEO recommendations.

- Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage the SEO team to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

- Allocate projects and monitor workloads across team members.

- Review SEO deliverables before they are shared with clients.

- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and provide constructive feedback.

- Train team members on the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices.

- Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the team.





- Project Management Create SEO roadmaps and execution plans for each client.

- Ensure all deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

- Track project progress and resolve bottlenecks proactively.

- Coordinate with content writers, developers, designers, and outreach teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Maintain proper documentation of strategies, action items, and project status.

- Performance & Reporting Monitor KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, and technical health.

- Analyze SEO data using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and SEO Stack.

- Present actionable insights and continuously optimize campaign performance.

- Maintain accurate internal reports and project dashboards.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, OffPage SEO, Local SEO, and International SEO.

- Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously.

- Excellent client communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

- 4-7 years of hands-on SEO experience.

- Minimum 2 years of experience leading an SEO team or managing client accounts.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Client retention and satisfaction.

- Organic traffic growth.
