Brand Monk is an SEO and link building agency working with B2B and SaaS companies. We run outreach, guest posts, niche edits and link exchanges for clients across niches — real placements on real sites, not directory spam.

The role

We're looking for someone who has actually built links, not just planned them. You'll own campaigns end to end: prospecting, outreach, negotiation, placement, and reporting. If you can look at a site and immediately tell whether a link from it is worth having, we want to talk.

What you'll do

- Run link building campaigns from prospecting through live placement
- Manage outreach at scale — email sequences, follow-ups, relationship building
- Set up and manage ABC link exchanges with partner sites
- Vet prospects using Ahrefs/Semrush: traffic, DR, topical fit, spam signals
- Negotiate placements and manage vendor/publisher relationships
- Coordinate content briefs for guest posts and niche edits
- Track placements and report on link velocity, quality and impact

What we need

- 3+ years in SEO with strong hands-on link building experience




- Experience building links for B2B and SaaS companies
- Solid grip on Ahrefs / Semrush and backlink analysis
- Proven ability to run outreach campaigns end to end
- Understanding of on-page and technical SEO fundamentals
- Clear written English — you'll be writing outreach emails daily

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience with ABC / three-way link exchanges
- Experience in competitive niches (SaaS, fintech, martech)
- Familiarity with outreach tools like Pitchbox, BuzzStream or Respona

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹35,000/month, based on experience To apply
