About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Executive with 1.5 to 3 years of experience to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO, along with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and organic growth strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Page SEO

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, and internal linking structures.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Work closely with content writers to create SEO-optimized content.

Off-Page SEO
- Plan and execute backlink-building strategies.
- Conduct outreach activities and acquire high-quality backlinks.
- Monitor backlink profiles and address toxic links when required.

Technical SEO
- Perform website audits and identify technical SEO issues.
- Optimize website architecture, crawlability, indexing, and site speed.
- Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Monitor Core Web Vitals and overall website health.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze SEO performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and insights.
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversion metrics.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and industry trends.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Experience with keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
- Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of website performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic website development concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on SEO experience in a digital marketing agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proven track record of improving organic rankings and website traffic.
- Experience managing multiple SEO projects simultaneously.
