Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO Assistant Manager with strong hands-on experience in Technical SEO, Content SEO, On-Page and Off-Page SEO. The ideal candidate should have experience driving organic growth, improving search visibility, and working with content, product, and development teams.

The candidate should also be interested in emerging SEO trends, including AI Search, AEO, GEO, Semantic SEO, and LLM-powered search experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO

- Conduct technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexing, site architecture, redirects, canonicalization, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and structured data.
- Work closely with product and development teams to implement SEO recommendations.
- Optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking, schema markup, and website architecture.
- Identify issues related to duplicate content, indexation, JavaScript rendering, and large-scale websites.
- Support SEO during website launches, migrations, and major platform updates.

Content & Growth SEO

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to drive organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search intent analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Work with content teams to optimize landing pages, category pages, blogs, and other SEO-focused content.
- Build content clusters, improve existing content, and identify opportunities for scalable or programmatic SEO.
- Manage link-building, digital PR, backlink analysis, and authority-building initiatives.





AI & Advanced SEO

- Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences, including Google AI Overviews and generative search platforms.
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity for SEO research, analysis, and workflow automation.
- Work on Entity SEO, Semantic Search, Structured Data, topical authority, and Knowledge Graph optimization.
- Track search trends, algorithm updates, AI visibility, and brand citations.

Analytics & Reporting

- Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, visibility, and conversions.
- Prepare SEO reports and actionable insights using GA4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and other SEO tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate SEO opportunities and priorities effectively.

Requirements

- 4-6 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms, and website architecture.
- Experience working with development and content teams for SEO implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Background

Experience in PropTech, SaaS, Interior/Home Services, Marketplace, E-commerce, Travel, FinTech, or other high-growth digital businesses will be an advantage. Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic websites is preferred.
