About the Role

Dolphin Infra is looking for an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist to manage organic search growth and paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a robust track record of driving qualified traffic, leads, conversions, and improving overall digital marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

SEO

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.
- Manage On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO activities.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits.
- Improve organic rankings, website traffic and search visibility.
- Develop and monitor backlink-building strategies.
- Track keyword rankings, organic traffic and overall SEO performance.
- Identify and resolve SEO issues affecting website performance.

Google Ads / PPC

- Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Display, Remarketing and other relevant campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and create high-performing ad copies.
- Monitor CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions and ROAS .
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies and audience targeting.
- Implement and monitor conversion tracking.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for better ROI and lead quality.

Digital Marketing





- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to increase website traffic, leads and conversions.
- Work closely with content, design and development teams.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Prepare regular SEO and Google Ads performance reports.

Required Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in SEO & Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Excellent understanding of keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page and Technical SEO.
- Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner , etc.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing and lead generation.
- Data-driven approach with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and deliver measurable results.

Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in improving organic rankings and paid campaign performance.
- Strong focus on leads, conversions and ROI .
- Ability to independently manage SEO and Google Ads activities.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
