Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business processes, enterprise applications, and existing Workato implementations.
- Work closely with customers to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for integration, automation, and process optimization.
- Design, develop, and demonstrate Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using Workato.
- Gather and document requirements through:
- BRDs
- PRDs
- User Stories
- Acceptance Criteria
- Use Cases
- Process Flow Diagrams
- Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with customers, business users, and cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for business process automation, workflow optimization, and feature enhancements using Workato.
- Collaborate with Workato Developers, Solution Architects, QA teams, and Project Managers to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.




- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements using integration, orchestration, and automation.
- Support functional validation, UAT, defect triage, and customer demonstrations.
- Act as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical/engineering teams.
- Gather customer feedback and recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency and user adoption.
- Support pre-sales activities, including:
- Customer workshops
- Solution demonstrations
- Effort estimation
- Proposal development
- Solution discussions

Ideal Candidate ProfileThe candidate should have:
- 8+ years of overall IT experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Workato
- Experience working on enterprise integration and automation projects.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Exposure to Kubernetes / containers.
- Exposure to AI / GenAI technologies, preferably in automation or enterprise integration use cases.
- Strong business analysis and requirement-gathering skills.
- Experience preparing BRDs, PRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
- Experience conducting workshops and presentations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.
- Experience supporting UAT, testing, defect management, and production implementation.
- Pre-sales / solution consulting experience will be an advantage.
