We are looking for a Senior Wedding Planner & Designer who can take ownership of luxury weddings from concept to execution and bring together exceptional planning, design, styling, and on-ground production.
The Role
- Lead wedding planning from initial concept to final execution
- Develop creative concepts, themes, décor stories & detailed design plans
- Create mood boards, presentations, layouts and design briefs
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, designers and production teams
- Oversee décor execution and ensure designs are delivered to the highest standards
- Manage timelines, budgets, checklists and event deliverables
- Be hands-on during setup, events and dismantling
- Proactively solve challenges and ensure seamless execution
- Lead and coordinate internal teams and vendors
We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in luxury weddings/events
- Strong creative eye with excellent understanding of décor & aesthetics
- Excellent planning, communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple events and teams independently
- Solid attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Willingness to travel for destination weddings
- Experience with high-end/luxury weddings
