What you'll do:
? Design visually outstanding, high-fidelity website experiences
? Turn brand strategy and content into strong design concepts — moodboards, visual direction, UI
? Build layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, grids and composition
? Define scroll behaviour, transitions, micro-interactions and motion
? Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet and mobile
? Build design systems and reusable components for dev handoff
? Collaborate with UX designers, developers, 3D and motion artists
? Present concepts with clear creative reasoning — internally and to clients
What we're looking for:
? A portfolio that shows exceptional website UI / digital experience design
? Excellent command of Figma
? Solid grasp of typography, grids, colour, composition and visual storytelling
? Understanding of responsive design and modern web principles
? An eye for interaction, animation and motion
? Ability to build a visual direction from a blank canvas
? Comfort collaborating with developers on what's realistically buildable
Bonus points:

✨ You know Webflow, Framer, GSAP, Three.js or WebGL
✨ You've designed immersive, editorial or 3D-led websites
✨ You've worked with premium or design-led brands
✨ Your work has been recognised on major design platforms
