Job Summary

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead user experience and interface design across our digital products. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end design processfrom research and ideation to high-fidelity visualscreating intuitive, scalable, and impactful user experiences while closely partnering with Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile products.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive user journeys and elegant interfaces.
- Create personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards across products.
- Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.
- Analyze user feedback and product insights to continuously improve experience.
- Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
- Champion user-centered design thinking across the organization.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Participate in product discovery and design reviews.




- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure accessibility, usability, and scalability across all designs.
- Proactively suggest enhancements to existing products and design processes.

Requirements

- 58 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX Design for digital products (web mobile).
- Robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX process and polished UI execution.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
- Experience building and maintaining design systems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in AdTech / MarTech / SaaS / Product environments is a plus.
