Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Developer Consultant who can lead the design and front-end experience of complex digital products. This role requires a solid balance of user-centric design thinking, UI/UX best practices, and hands-on development skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams.

Responsibilities

- UI/UX Strategy Design

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms, from concept to final implementation.

- Translate product requirements, user needs, and business goals into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX standards across products.

- Front-End Development

- Develop and implement responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.

- Collaborate with backend and product teams to ensure seamless integration of UI components.

- Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and performance optimization.

- User Research Usability

- Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user research to improve product experience.

- Analyze user behavior and feedback to drive continuous UX improvements.

- Advocate for user-centric design principles across the organization.

- Collaboration Mentorship

- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers,



and Business stakeholders.

- Guide and mentor junior designers/developers where required.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Quality Innovation

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and front-end technologies.

- Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency across all user-facing products.

Requirements

- 712 years of experience in UI/UX Design and Front-End Development.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design and front-end implementation expertise.

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

- Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React / Angular / Vue preferred).

- Experience building responsive and scalable design systems.

- Solid understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in AdTech / MarTech / SaaS / Product-based environments is a plus.
