UEM & Apple Administrator (Device Management)
Position summary: seeking an energetic Apple Administrator to work in its ATS, DEX-Device Management team. The ideal candidate will work closely with End Users, IT Departments and Product Teams, requiring good communication and interpersonal skills. This candidate will be part of a team that is responsible for computer and mobile management, starting from maintenance of Software & Configuration Distribution in worldwide.
The successful candidate must be a strong team player and provide quality support to peers, management, and supporting staff to ensure operation activities are being exercised as defined.
General duties and responsibilities
- Managing devices (computers & mobiles), updating and deploying applications and policies using Workspace ONE to Apple ecosystem worldwide.
- End-to-end administration of WorkspaceONE/Intune UEM setting ensuring security and high availability.
- Provide support to Global Service Desk & IT Client services worldwide on the services/solutions designed/offered to Apple users.
- Work with vendor support like Apple, Microsoft and Omnissa to diagnose and resolve issues with software and configurations
- Work with teams to gather requirements for Application packaging, configuration development. Develop configurations and package application and follow Change Management processes for production release. - Work with security team to ensure that Adobe s Mac environment is secured.
Knowledge & Skills: Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field, with a minimum of 4-7 years of relevant work experience in the below technologies.
- Expert knowledge of macOS & iOS Operating System & its management, including all recent releases.
- Hands-on experience managing Macs in an enterprise environment using Omnissa Workspace ONE (preferred), Jamf Pro, or Microsoft Intune.
- Experience packaging macOS applications for distribution via device management solutions like Workspace ONE, Intune, or Jamf Pro.
- Experience deploying configuration profiles for whitelisting Kernel and System Extensions, and PPPC profiles.
- Experience configuring macOS provisioning with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE/DEP).
- In-depth knowledge of FileVault encryption and secure token.
- Ability to evaluate, recommend and deploy technologies and solutions to Apple user base, focusing on productivity, security and user experience.
- Experience in Bash/Zsh and Python scripting, while effectively leveraging AI tools to improve delivery speed and quality.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools.
- Good troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Good understanding of networking, and analytical skills for reporting.

- Microsoft Intune administration.
- AI Affinity/adoption mindset to Fastrack deliverables
- Provide "escalation" support to Global Service Desk & IT Client services
