Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Trainer (B2B – Product Knowledge) to deliver engaging product knowledge training sessions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, training expertise, and the ability to enhance the performance of employees and B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct product knowledge training for employees and B2B clients.
Develop and update training content, presentations, and SOPs.
Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and feedback.
Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product changes.
Identify training needs and implement effective learning programs.
Maintain training reports and documentation.
Requirements
Minimum 4 year of experience in Product Training, B2B Training, or Corporate Training.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of training methodologies.
Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
