- Strong knowledge of SDLC and hands-on experience leading engineering teams in a .NET environment
- Minimum 6 years working experience across Microsoft .NET and modern microservices environments
- Valuable English communication skills, able to work with product, compliance, and infrastructure stakeholders
- Strong quality focus and ownership of non-functional requirements (security, performance, observability)
- Flair for documentation and architecture reviews
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of 4 to 8 engineers
- Prior experience in payments, fintech, or banking domain (merchant onboarding, KYC, compliance)
- Experience with merchant/partner integration ecosystems (card networks, PSPs, aggregators, TSPs)
- Familiarity with Quartz.Net / Hangfire for batch job orchestration
