? Designation: Senior Sales
? Location: Gurugram (WFO, 5 Days working)
? Experience: 3–6 Years
? CTC: Up to ₹7 LPA
? Industry: B2B | IT & Digital Services | Business Services
? What You'll Do
- Drive individual & team sales targets
- Manage, motivate & mentor the sales team
- Generate business through cold calling & outbound calling
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build strong B2B client relationships
- Monitor daily calling, follow-ups, conversions & revenue
- Coach team members to improve productivity and achieve targets
⭐ Who We're Looking For
✔ 3–6 years of experience in B2B/Inside Sales/Telesales
✔ Proven experience in team handling + individual sales
✔ Strong cold calling & outbound sales experience
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ Strong target-oriented approach
✔ Experience in IndiaMART, Justdial or similar B2B marketplace/business services, SaaS, IT or digital sales will be preferred
