Core Responsibilities

- Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases/scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform functional, integration, feature, regression, unit and performance testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test applications.
- Test embedded firmware, hardware/software integration and low-level software.
- Perform API testing and middleware integration/performance testing.
- Support system integration, UAT, pilot/acceptance testing and customer-specific solutions.
- Validate software upgrades, new features, customizations and product releases.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and support build/release activities.
- Investigate, document and escalate defects, risks and technical issues.
- Maintain test documentation, release notes, test reports and audit/version history.
- Work closely with Development, QA, Engineering and Project Management teams.
- Continuously improve test automation, quality processes, coverage, repeatability and measurability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to test teams/junior engineers.
