Role Description The Senior Video Editor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. This role is responsible for end-to-end video production, including planning, editing, color grading, and integrating motion graphics to create compelling content for marketing, social media, and brand campaigns.

Editor will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to translate creative briefs into polished video assets that communicate Ridoji’s brand story and product offerings. Day-to-day activities include organizing and managing footage, refining cuts,



optimizing audio and visual quality, and maintaining a consistent visual style across all content. The role also involves mentoring junior editors, contributing to content strategy, and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices in video and motion design.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing projects from concept to final delivery.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and visual enhancement to ensure a consistent and high-quality look across content.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand messaging.
- Expertise in skilled editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in producing short-form digital content for social media, advertising, and brand campaigns.
- Strong visual storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing relevant video work.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and mentor junior team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in mobility, technology, or startup environments is an advantage, and familiarity with India’s EV ecosystem is a plus.
