Unnati Fin Edge is an emerging financial services startup specialized in providing retail loan products, including Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP). We are rapidly expanding our core outreach team and looking for energetic, self-motivated individuals to grow with us. Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases.
- Introduce and explain our diverse loan offerings (Business Loans, Home Loans, and LAP).
- Qualify customer leads by understanding their financial requirements.
- Maintain accurate, daily logs of customer interactions and call statuses.
- Follow up diligently with interested prospects to facilitate smooth documentation processing.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali and Hindi (English is a plus).
- A smartphone, reliable high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace at home.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or banking/loan sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Highly disciplined with a target-driven mindset.
