Position OverviewWe are seeking an empathetic, high-converting, and result-oriented Senior Telecaller / Academic Counselor to join our Secunderabad office. In this role, you will connect with prospective students, working professionals, and parents to guide them through our academic offerings, resolve enrollment queries, and drive program admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Counseling: Contact prospective leads generated from campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals to introduce educational programs.
- Lead Qualification & Conversion: Understand student/professional career aspirations, recommend suitable courses, handle objections gracefully, and close admissions.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of calls, follow-ups, lead statuses, and conversion metrics using CRM tools and spreadsheets.
- Student Guidance: Conduct detailed program overviews, explain fee structures, eligibility criteria, career outcomes,



and enrollment procedures.
- Continuous Follow-Up: Build trust with potential candidates through structured follow-up calls, WhatsApp updates, and scheduled counseling sessions.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly admission target metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years of proven telecalling, telesales, or academic counseling experience (experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or educational institutions preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Hindi to effectively converse with diverse applicants and parents.
- Skills: Solid persuasive communication, active listening, patience, and familiarity with lead management/CRM software.
- Mindset: High empathy for learner aspirations combined with a clear focus on enrollment targets.
