Hiring: Senior Technical Project Manager | Full-Time

Pinaca Technologies Private Limited is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex software development projects and work closely with engineering, product, business, and client teams.

Job Title: Senior Technical Project Manager

Experience: 6+ Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹15 LPA

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility: Mumbai-based candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within scope and budget.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and product releases across development teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and deliverables.
- Define project timelines, sprint plans, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Track project progress using tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure software quality, testing, and release management standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
- Manage client and stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution, development processes, and team collaboration.




- Mentor junior project managers and team leads when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in software development and technical project management.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale software projects through multiple development cycles and sprints.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps teams.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Solid technical background with experience in at least one programming language and one database.
- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
