- Supervise day-to-day technical maintenance activities at the facility.

- Monitor and maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, DG, Fire & Safety, and other MEP systems.

- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

- Attend technical complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Supervise technicians and allocate daily work assignments.

- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential faults.

- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, clients, and internal teams for maintenance activities.

- Ensure all technical systems comply with safety, operational, and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily technical maintenance operations at the facility.

- Monitor electrical systems and equipment for proper functioning.

- Maintain HVAC systems and coordinate servicing and repairs.

- Monitor plumbing and mechanical systems and resolve related issues.

- Oversee DG operations and maintenance.

- Monitor Fire & Safety systems and equipment.

- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.

- Attend breakdowns and coordinate timely repairs.

- Handle technical complaints and ensure proper closure.

- Allocate daily tasks to technicians and monitor their performance.

- Inspect equipment regularly and identify potential faults.

- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, checklists, and equipment records.





- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.

- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy savings.

- Ensure technical equipment and systems comply with safety and operational standards.

- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and service areas.

- Maintain maintenance reports, logbooks, and daily operational records.

- Ensure availability of critical spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.

- Support emergency breakdowns and participate in emergency response activities.

- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and client requirements.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly technical reports for the Facility Manager.

- Guide and train junior technicians and technical staff.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding technical issues.

- Perform other technical responsibilities assigned by the Facility Manager.
