- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level positions within IT services and consulting industry.

- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.

- Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Job Requirements :

- 6-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related field (IT Services & Consulting).

- Proven track record of successfully leading complex recruitment projects from start to finish.

- Robust understanding of SAP systems and ability to leverage them for efficient candidate management processes.

- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams or projects.
