Role Description The Senior System Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role involves analyzing existing systems and processes, gathering business requirements, and translating them into technical specifications for IT and development teams.

The Senior System

Analyst will evaluate system performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that align with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, performing system configuration and testing, resolving technical and functional issues, and documenting system workflows and standards.



The role also requires supporting user training, ensuring data integrity, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in TSIL’s information systems landscape.

Qualifications

- Strong Systems Analysis and Business Analysis skills to understand, document, and improve complex business processes.
- Solid Information Technology knowledge to work effectively with enterprise applications, databases, and infrastructure.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess system performance, and make evidence-based recommendations.
- Proven Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve system, integration, and user issues efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in systems or business analysis are an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, apparel, or export-oriented environments is beneficial.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines.
