The Role:

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Structural Engineer to lead our most complex engineering challenges. This is a leadership-track role for a professional who commands deep technical expertise in high-rise systems and possesses the project management acumen to drive delivery from concept to completion. You will serve as a technical anchor, ensuring engineering excellence while shaping the growth of our expanding design team.

What will you do: ‍

- Learn professional engineering procedures, codes and company standards.
- Technical Leadership: Lead the structural analysis and design of complex, high-rise residential and commercial buildings.
- Advanced Engineering:



Oversee and validate sophisticated 3D structural models and ensure the integrity of all design calculations.
- Project Management: Take full ownership of large-scale projects, managing timelines, resources, and technical accuracy.
- Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary technical liaison with architects, developers, and MEP consultants to resolve integrated design challenges.
- Mentorship & Culture: Provide high-level guidance to Structural and Junior Engineers, fostering a culture of technical rigor and continuous learning.
- Innovation: Drive internal initiatives for standardization, quality assurance, and the implementation of BIM-integrated design workflows. ‍

What will you bring: ‍

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.‍
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ year in structural design for buildings.‍
- Expertise: Mastery of ETABS, SAFE, and Excel, with a deep understanding of IS, ACI, AISC, and ASCE codes.‍
