We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our Italy (ITA) Team and contribute to complex structural engineering projects from our Bangalore office .

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver structural engineering and design activities for building projects.
- Perform structural analysis, design reviews, assessments, and technical evaluations.
- Lead/support structural retrofitting and rehabilitation projects , including assessment of existing structures and development of strengthening solutions.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, technical reports, and design deliverables.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable international building codes, standards, and project requirements .
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, project managers, clients, and other multidisciplinary teams.
- Review technical deliverables and provide engineering guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Identify structural issues and develop safe, practical, and cost-effective engineering solutions.
- Participate in design reviews,



technical discussions, and project coordination meetings.

? What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of professional experience in structural engineering.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering .
- Mandatory: Proven experience in structural retrofitting, rehabilitation, strengthening, or assessment of existing buildings.
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles for reinforced concrete and steel structures .
- Strong understanding of international building codes and standards .
- Experience working on international projects will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in structural analysis/design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent .
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage technical deliverables and work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
