About The Role We are seeking a Power Platform Governance CoE Lead to establish and continuously improve enterprise governance across Microsoft Power Platform

. The role provides strategic and operational leadership across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio , ensuring secure and scalable platform adoption.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, security, architecture, solution teams, and platform administrators to balance enterprise controls with innovation and citizen development.

The role focuses on designing, implementing, and operating a comprehensive governance framework for Microsoft Power Platform. This includes platform lifecycle management, application and flow governance, security, compliance, capacity management, and operational support.

The position will also drive ALM, deployment pipelines, DevOps practices, and release governance , while supporting AI governance for Copilot Studio and AI Builder. The successful candidate will contribute to platform enablement, troubleshooting, incident management, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement of governance practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Establish and continuously enhance the Power Platform Governance Center of Excellence (CoE).
- Manage environment and platform lifecycle governance across Power Platform services.
- Govern application, flow, solution, and ALM processes.
- Establish governance practices for Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power Pages.
- Manage security, compliance, DLP policies, capacity, and tenant governance.
- Implement and operate CoE Starter Kit,



Creator Kit, Copilot Studio Kit, and Power CAT governance solutions.
- Drive deployment pipelines, DevOps practices, release governance, and platform support.
- Collaborate with business, security, architecture, solution teams, and administrators on governance and enablement.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have 10 years of IT experience and at least 7 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform administration, governance, CoE operations, or platform architecture. Strong expertise across Power Platform services, enterprise governance, security, ALM, integrations, and stakeholder management is required, along with strong communication and leadership capabilities.
