About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to lead the product vision, roadmap, lifecycle, and delivery of enterprise financial consolidation and reporting capabilities. The role combines strong finance domain expertise, Oracle HFM knowledge, stakeholder management, and product leadership to drive modernization and business value across the Finance technology landscape.

The role involves owning the strategy and roadmap for Oracle HFM and related financial close, consolidation, and reporting solutions. The candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Audit, and Technology teams to translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into product capabilities, user stories, and delivery plans.

The position will lead HFM enhancements, modernization, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives while balancing business value, technical feasibility, operational risk, governance, and compliance. The candidate will also serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, vendors, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Oracle HFM and related solutions.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, Reporting, Audit, and Technology teams to define strategic priorities.
- Translate finance and regulatory requirements into product capabilities, user stories, and delivery plans.
- Lead HFM enhancement, modernization, upgrade, integration, and transformation initiatives.
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, operational risk, and compliance.




- Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a liaison between business, engineering, vendors, and leadership.
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, governance, financial reporting, and audit requirements.
- Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups and bridge business and technology discussions.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have approximately 10 years of experience with Oracle HFM across Product Management, Implementation, Support, Consulting, or Finance Transformation roles. The candidate should combine deep functional and technical HFM expertise with strong product leadership, communication, negotiation, influencing, and executive stakeholder management skills.
