What you'll do...
The Media ETL / Data Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring marketing data pipelines that support enterprise media reporting, measurement, attribution, and optimization.
This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely ingestion, transformation, validation, and delivery of media data across internal reporting and analytics platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Media Data Integration
- Design and maintain pipelines that ingest data from media, advertising, and marketing
platforms.
- Integrate data from:
- Google Ads
- DV360
- CM360
- Meta/Facebook Ads
- TikTok Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Amazon Advertising
- Programmatic DSPs
- CRM/CDP platforms
- Standardize campaign taxonomy, naming conventions, and metadata across channels.
Data Engineering
- Build and maintain media data ingestion pipelines from advertising platforms and
agency data sources.
- Develop automated ETL/ELT workflows and data transformation processes.
- Support API integrations and data acquisition frameworks.
- Create scalable data architecture supporting marketing reporting needs.
- Validate media data accuracy and completeness.
- Develop reconciliation and exception-reporting processes.
- Investigate discrepancies between source systems and reporting outputs.
- Support governance standards and campaign taxonomy requirements.
Marketing Analytics & Measurement
- Enable reporting for:
- Campaign performance
- Customer acquisition
- Attribution
- Media Mix Modeling (MMM)
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Build datasets supporting audience segmentation and activation.
- Support experimentation and incrementality testing initiatives.
- Create reporting-ready datasets supporting measurement and analytics initiatives.
- Support attribution and optimization reporting requirements.
- Improve performance of reporting and analytics data structures.
- Partner with analytics teams to resolve reporting issues
What you'll bring to the team...
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital media and advertising datasets.
- Understanding of attribution modeling and marketing measurement.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Knowledge of identity resolution and audience management.
- Experience supporting marketing and advertising stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing analytics.
- Experience with CM360, DV360, Google Ads, Meta, Amazon Ads, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting marketing analytics and measurement solutions.
- Adobe Experience Platform exposure.
- Data modeling experience.
- Experience working with large-scale reporting environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of data engineering or ETL development experience.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Python development experience
