About the Role

We’re looking for a social media professional who understands that likes are nice, but outcomes are better.

This role combines strategy, execution, analytics, and leadership. You will help position social media not just as a branding platform, but as a meaningful contributor to awareness, engagement, lead generation, and admissions across JAIN Group institutions.

What You Will Do

-Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple institutions.

-Plan, oversee, and execute content calendars and social media campaigns.

-Drive audience growth, engagement, lead generation, and performance metrics.

-Work closely with content, creative, video, and digital teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

-Execute alongside and guide Social Media Executives on planning, publishing, and optimisation.

-Monitor platform trends and identify opportunities for innovation.

-Analyse performance data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

-Support admissions and marketing teams through targeted social media campaigns.

-Ensure consistency in brand voice, content quality, and communication across platforms.

-Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with key insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

-Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.

-Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging social platforms.

-Experience managing both paid and organic social media campaigns.

-Comfortable with analytics, reporting,



performance tracking, and social media insights.

-Robust content judgment and understanding of audience behaviour.

-Ability to manage multiple brands, institutions, campaigns, and stakeholders simultaneously.

-Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.

-A balance of creativity, strategic thinking, and accountability.

-Experience in the education sector, higher education, or multi-brand environment will be an added advantage.
