15-20 yr Experience

Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the site.

Ensure work is executed as per approved GFC drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.

Check reinforcement, shuttering, levels, dimensions, and concrete works before execution.

Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity calculations, material requirements, and measurements.

Monitor material consumption, site stock, and avoid unnecessary wastage.

Conduct quality checks and coordinate cube tests, slump tests, and other required inspections.

Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.





Monitor project progress and ensure activities are completed according to the schedule.

Identify site issues and coordinate with consultants/management for timely solutions.

Supervise contractors and labour teams and ensure proper manpower utilization.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.

Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.

Verify contractor bills and work measurements.

Coordinate inspection and handover activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
