We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer – Civil with around 10 years of hands-on experience in construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site execution, ensuring quality standards, coordinating site teams, and delivering projects as per approved drawings and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
- Ensure civil works are executed as per structural drawings, architectural drawings, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
- Supervise site workers and ensure effective manpower utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and construction standards.
- Plan material requirements and monitor material availability and usage.
- Minimize material wastage and support cost-effective project execution.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly progress reports, site records, and documentation.
Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Around 10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site execution.
- Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage site activities and coordinate multiple teams.
- Strong understanding of quality control and construction safety practices.
