Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, customization, and enterprise implementations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting scalable ServiceNow applications across multiple business domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Perform advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting .
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration patterns.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.
- Optimize platform performance, scalability, and security.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with business, functional,



and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and migration projects.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance.

Must-Have Skills
- 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and customization
- Advanced JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
- Strong knowledge of AngularJS
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations, REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and security
- Experience with code reviews and technical documentation
- Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in large/matrixed enterprise environments

Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of Java, Python, or PowerShell
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules
- ServiceNow advanced certifications
- Experience with performance optimization and platform governance
- Experience in large publicly traded/global organizations
