: SOC Analyst (3-6 Years Experience) – Night Shift

We are seeking experienced SOC Analysts (3-6 years) to support Security Operations Center activities during the overnight coverage window (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM ET).

- Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts and incidents using Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, TheHive, and other existing security tools.
- Execute incident response, escalation, and remediation activities in accordance with established security playbooks and procedures.
- Perform log analysis, threat detection, and correlation of security events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
- Document incidents, investigations, and response actions accurately within case management and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the Senior SOC Analyst (Shift Lead) to ensure effective shift operations and timely incident resolution.
- Escalate critical security events to designated stakeholders in accordance with defined escalation matrices.
- Maintain continuous situational awareness of the security environment and proactively identify suspicious activities.




- Participate in shift handovers and provide clear communication of ongoing investigations and operational status.
- Work entirely within the organization's existing security stack and operational playbooks, following day-to-day direction from the customer security team.
- Demonstrated experience in SOC operations, SIEM monitoring, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and incident analysis is required.

Required Experience & Skills

- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel, CrowdStrike, TheHive, or comparable SIEM/EDR platforms.
- Solid understanding of security monitoring, incident response, threat detection, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a rotating or dedicated overnight shift environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
