We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cambridge English Teacher to deliver high-quality English language instruction aligned with the Cambridge curriculum. The ideal candidate should be passionate about language teaching, skilled in up-to-date pedagogical practices, and capable of fostering strong communication and critical thinking skills among students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons in accordance with the Cambridge curriculum (Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS & A Level as applicable).
- Develop students’ skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with Cambridge standards.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track student progress.
- Prepare students for Cambridge examinations and internal assessments.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into lessons.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning and interdisciplinary activities.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
