Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with a background in the real estate industry to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce development, particularly with

Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and integrations, along with a deep understanding of real estate processes such as property management, leasing, and CRM customization. This role involves designing and implementing customized solutions that enhance business processes and meet real estate-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Custom Development: Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex and other Salesforce tools to meet the specific needs of real estate processes such as property listings, contract management, and tenant relationships.
- Integration: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other real estate systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and third-party platforms) using APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware tools.
- Automation & Workflows: Develop workflows, triggers, and flows to automate business processes like lead assignment, contract renewals, and tenant management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers,



and real estate stakeholders to gather and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing, participate in peer reviews, and manage deployment processes using tools like Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations, integrations, and workflows.
- Training & Mentorship: Train and mentor junior developers, business users, and admin teams on Salesforce best practices and real estate-specific solutions.

Required Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably within the real estate industry.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

o Strong experience in Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.

o Expertise in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

o Understanding of Salesforce security best practices and experience with profiles, roles, and permission sets.

o Familiarity with CI/CD, Salesforce DX, AutoRabit, and version control tools like Git.

· Real Estate Knowledge:

o Understanding of key real estate business processes such as Sales process, Post Sales CRM process etc.

Certifications (preferred):

o Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.

o Certifications in Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.

· Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

· Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
