We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Director to lead our real estate sales, marketing and business development operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving property sales, developing effective marketing strategies, building strong client relationships and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, negotiation and team-management skills, with a passion for the real estate industry and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

Lead, motivate and manage the real estate sales and marketing team.

Generate new leads through digital marketing, social media, property campaigns, referrals and direct marketing.

Convert leads into successful property bookings and sales.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, channel partners and property consultants.

Identify new market opportunities, locations and potential customers.

Plan and execute property promotions, campaigns, exhibitions and customer events.

Monitor competitors, market trends, property demand and pricing strategies.

Set monthly,



quarterly and annual sales targets and performance KPIs.

Track leads, follow-ups, conversions and sales performance.

Develop strategies to improve lead generation, customer engagement and conversion rates.

Coordinate with management, project teams and external marketing agencies.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and business-performance updates.

Negotiate effectively with clients and business partners.

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the property buying journey.

Develop long-term strategies for brand growth and market expansion.

Ideal Candidate

Strong experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing / Property Sales / Business Development.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing and lead generation.

Ability to build a solid customer and business network.

Target-oriented, proactive and self-motivated.

Strong understanding of local real estate markets is an advantage.
