Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through field visits, phone calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
- Visit customers regularly and understand their requirements.
- Prepare and submit quotations and follow up with customers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the production, stores, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain records of customer enquiries, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Collect customer feedback and resolve basic customer issues in coordination with the concerned team.
- Prepare regular sales reports and update management on sales activities and opportunities.

Requirements
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and field sales.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible.
