- Handle sales and service of electroplating chemicals, specifically for the jewellery industry (precious metals).
- Provide technical support and solutions to customers.
- Handle laboratory-related operations and activities.
- Knowledge of plating processes for precious metals such as brass, silver, and gold.
- Handle plating baths and plating lines.
- Perform micron plating calculations.
- Conduct testing and analysis of chemicals using Titration, AAS/ICP machines.
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech/B.E. in Chemical Engineering.
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in electroplating chemicals, electroforming, metal finishing, or precious metal plating.
- Experience working with jewellery manufacturing or precious metal plating applications will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in technical sales, application engineering, or customer technical service within the electroplating or specialty chemicals industry are preferred.
- Ability to manage both sales responsibilities and technical customer support.
