Senior Pre-Sales Executive – Lead Conversion & Follow-up

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on interview performance and experience

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Weekly Off: Wednesday

Clion Care is a premium Hair & Skin Care Clinic committed to delivering exceptional patient care and world-class treatment experiences. We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Pre-Sales Executive to strengthen our lead conversion and follow-up process.

ROLE PURPOSE The Senior Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for taking ownership of leads that have not been effectively nurtured or converted within the initial 7-day follow-up cycle.

The calling team will handle the initial enquiry, understand the patient's requirements, collect relevant details, and follow the defined process. If a lead remains unconverted after 7 days, the Senior Executive will take over the lead, personally follow up with the patient, understand the reason for non-conversion, address concerns, build confidence, and work toward converting the lead into a confirmed consultation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Review leads handled by the calling team and identify leads that remain unconverted after 7 days.
- Take ownership of such leads and personally connect with the prospective patient.
- Understand the patient's concerns, hesitation, budget-related objections, or reasons for not proceeding.
- Build trust and create a robust patient relationship through effective communication.
- Handle objections and provide appropriate information about the clinic and consultation process.
- Re-engage cold or inactive leads and make consistent follow-up attempts.




- Convert qualified leads into confirmed consultation appointments.
- Coordinate with the counselling and clinic teams for successful appointment conversion.
- Ensure all follow-up activity, patient feedback, and lead status are accurately updated in the CRM.
- Identify gaps in the calling team's lead handling and provide feedback wherever required.
- Maintain a professional, polite, empathetic, and conversion-focused approach with every patient.
- Achieve assigned lead conversion, follow-up, and appointment targets.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, pre-sales, lead conversion, or customer relationship management.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.
- Fluent in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to convert leads.
- Comfortable handling high-volume follow-ups and difficult/inactive leads.
- Experience with CRM and basic computer applications.
- Healthcare, hair transplant, dermatology, aesthetics, or other high-consideration sales experience will be an advantage.
- High ownership, confidence, patience, and a target-oriented approach.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS Performance will primarily be evaluated on:
- Conversion rate of 7+ day leads
- Number of leads successfully reactivated
- Confirmed consultations generated
- Follow-up consistency
- Objection-handling and conversion ability
- CRM accuracy and timely updates
- Quality of communication with patients
- Contribution toward overall team conversion
