About FurrPartner

FurrPartner is BVUR Innovations' practice management system built for veterinary clinics and pet grooming businesses. This role owns the sales and support relationship with clinic partners.

What You'll Do

- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for FurrPartner with veterinary clinics and grooming businesses
- Own onboarding and post-sales support for current clinic partners
- Represent FurrPartner at conferences, trade shows and pet industry events
- Manage the client relationship through renewals, upsells and account growth
- Coordinate data migration from legacy systems for incoming partners
- Troubleshoot partner issues and loop in product/tech teams where needed
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years in B2B SaaS sales,



account management or client support
- A track record of consistently hitting sales or support targets
- Confident engaging clinic owners and vets — over calls, in demos, and in person
- Willing to travel for exhibitions and client visits
- Street-smart with strong negotiation and problem-solving instincts — comfortable in ambiguity
- Ease around clinics and pet care settings is a real advantage here — whether that comes from the industry itself or simply from being a hands-on pet parent

Nice to Have

- Experience selling vertical / practice-management SaaS
